The French do not like him cozying to Bush. I do not blame them. Chirac did not like Bush.
He is not much of an independent thinker. I do not know what French were thinking to elect him president other than vote Conservative. I hope he does not become another of Bush's poodle. Luckily Bush has short time left in office.
