Stephen Harper missing again at UN General Assembly

Although Harper was in New York during opening of the United Nations but he will not be speaking to UN General Assembly. His highness has no time for the UN.

He was on his potty break as usual. All previous Prime Ministers - Mulroney, Chretien and Martin spoke at UN General Assembly. Shame.
