Lets face it. Two senators were caught. I have a hard time understanding how Pamela says she made a mistake, not paying attention to her expenses, Right! .... And I'm the Prince of France. What I see is this for Pamela, whether her job demands a lot of hours or whether she is a workaholic, people of this nature tend to say to themselves they owe it to me. This is especially true if there is no check in place. Did she realize she was in the wrong? Of course she did but her pompous character said this was fine to gouge taxpayers. Duffy on the other hand is just plain greedy. I know people of this nature that believe everything is owed to them. Just ask yourself this..... If you are a supervisor or manager of a firm or business and you fudged your expenses by $ 100,000.00, what do you think would happen to you if you were caught.

Propman, you make quite good points and you're right. In private sector it will be out of door with a big kick on the butt.
