Very chilling video; people on the ground are clearly ordinary citizens, two of them were journalists. A van pulled up to help an injured man and was shot at too. A human tragedy.
UPDATE: Correction, the incident occurred on July 12, 2007, not June 6th; about a dozen people were killed and two children were wounded.

absolutely chilling. The cheering and praise for the kills is sickening.

No, I can't either. They seemed to be casually strolling. They were posing no threat to anyone. Two of the dead were journalists and two children seriously wounded. May be Americans felt threatened by them.
