I did this picture a while ago when Greta Van Susteren interviewed Sarah Palin. At the time, I was thinking of hot air as the major natural resource mostly produced by the governor. Since then, new information has come to light. Bristol Palin's (the Governor’s daughter) mother in law has been arrested for possessing and manufacturing drugs including, reports say, crystal meth. So who knows, there may be lot more in that steam coming out of governor’s mouth.
A comedian on Keith Olbermann's show had interesting name suggestions for governor's grandchild – Crystal if a daughter and Meth-u or Mathew if a son.

Your turn to attack HRH kennedy who comes from a rich family of "trailer trash", most all of the Kennedy klan were(are) druggies, drunks and womanizers.

Trash the Damocrats, Two months of trashing Sarah Palin has gone on long enough when you have hrh royal highness Caroline Kennedy who wants to waltz into a Senate seat left vacant by Hillary Clinton. Kennedy's family is full of drunks, druggies and womanizers, she needs to have equal time trashing like Sarah Palin had and is still having.
ReplyDeletePhil,I do not see anything which Caroline Kennedy has done that needs to be criticized. She has expressed her desire to be a Senator to replace Hillary Clinton and she said she respects the process. What has she done wrong?
ReplyDeleteIf you read my blog I have made fun of former Governor of New York and current Governor of Illinois because they have done something which can be criticized. I have made fun of Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton at times. But Caroline Kennedy? Sarah Palin is a different case. She pretends to be holly than thow which she is not.
Ms Kennedy is NOT qualified, There are other contenders for the position she wants handed to her, besides her voting record is not good. Sarah Palin has several years of hard earned experinece as a mayor and Govenor and she was trashed by the same left wing idiots that think little Ms Kennedy should have the job because her name is Kennedy not because she has what if=t takes to be a Senator. (I didn't know I was arguing with a Canadian,(no offense), but you guys seem to be overly interested in United States affairs. How about Ms. Mallick ...trashed Palin’s home state of Alaska as a “frontier state full of drunks and crazy people.” Sounds like Kennedy's home state.
ReplyDeletePhil, you apparently do not like Kennedy family although there is no competition here between Sarah Palin and Caroline Kennedy. She is competing with folks in New York and it is up to the governor who he picks. I have heard about the governor that he makes his own mind and does not like to be pressured by anyone. Kennedy has never said that she should be appointed because she is Kennedy. Some others have said that she will be a good choice as she is bright, has written books and done a lot of charity work and grew up with politics but again it is up to the governor.

Sarah Palin may have hard-earned experience but her short stunt as a vice-president candidate has shown that she is not ready for national stage and definitely not for the international stage.
Why am I interested in US politics?
1) Because it is very interesting and you guys are our next-door neighbours
2) Whatever US does impacts the whole world and especially us as being your northern neighbours.
I am 71 years old I was a Democrat up until the day Ted and Caroline Kennedy put their backing to Barack Husein Obama instead of Hillary Clinton. Obama and Kennedy combined do not have the governing experience of Sarah Palin CK and Bo are nothing but social workers. I live about 5 miles from McCain's Phoenix home. McCain and Palin didn't stand a chance against the Mainstream medias trashing of Palin - only Fox news and Rush Limbaugh stood up for McCain and Palin. I grew up in the Roosevelt era, came through the last of WW2 and depression, the Democrats wee the workers friend, but not anymore teh Democrats starting with Lyndon Johnston (A democrat0 started the financial downfall of the UNited States. (I voted for JFk). When Oberman and Matthews started their campaign against the REpublican candidates and all of the leftwing bloggers weere trashing McCain and Palin and were afraid to atack BHO and all of his probably underhanded dealings with the weather underground and reverrend? Wright, I lost it for the Democrats. Collectively ALL politicians are shady. George Bush will win the Hoover Award for ineptness. ReplyDeleteYou will be pleased to know that I do like John McCain. He served his country with great honour. Unfortunately he did not have a hope in hell to win in 2008 given Bush’s eight years failed administration. Bush did Republicans in. If McCain would have won in 2000 he would have made a great President but Bush trashed him real bad at that time. That is the dirty side of politics.
You will also be pleased to know that election of Barack Obama has already restored US reputation internationally to a great extent. It shows that it does not matter what your background, colour or creed is you can succeed in US if you try and pursue your goals. In other words US has established itself as a great democracy internationally. My views do differ with you diametrically as I am younger than you. And we agree to disagree. I believe that Barack Obama is a very smart man and a good man and he will try and undo the damage done during Bush years. He has already gathered a great team around him as his cabinet.
