I got the idea about the hair from the following blog entry by Apply Liberally: http://darrendrmcewen.blogspot.com/2007/04/john-baird-ambrose-without-hair.html. I thought, why not apply Rona Ambrose's hair liberally to the current Minister of the Environment ;) The Green earings were an afterthought -- I thought they looked good on a Minister pretending to be green!
