Last night on CBC it was included amongst one of the biggest stories of 2010. Reporters conducted many interviews but one stood out in my estimation. A psychologist was asked about the fence and what it stood for. His response was quick, he said it was an indication of EOCD (Excessive Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) to display power.
