My concern is that the current situation may give Assad incentive to carry out more atrocities. It is a very troubling situation. The atrocities must stop and the U.S. must get Russia on its side to deter Assad. Diplomatic efforts must be intensified. Given the U.S. Congress's dilly dallying a strike on Syria may be delayed indefinitely. Recommend this post
