Okay this is not the cover of Lawrence Martin’s book but it should be given the way Harper keeps his caucus and Cabinet members on a leash. Also he is very secretive. As Lawrence Martin puts it, “… the silencing of the public and diplomatic service, the secrecy, the prorogations, the unprecedented centralizing of power, and the attempted muzzling of the media.” Recommend this post
