Maureen Dowd has a great Op-ed in the New York Times "Worlds without women".
She points out that we rush to judge women's right in countries like Saudi Arabia but things are not much different in the Catholic Church. It is a very revealing article about what is wrong with the Catholic Church and what made it go so wrong. By now we all know that Pope Benedict XVI himself is under the spotlight and it does not look good for him. Maureen Dowd provides some additional insight.
