It looks to me like Harper is in love with Flaherty in this picture. All that fiscal stimulation must make ol' Deficit Jim irresistable.
I can't help but be drawn to the two fellows in the top right hand of the picture who look like they're both about to puke.
Dylan, I noticed those two fellows too. My interpretation is that they are saying that the budget stinks but "let's hold our noses and listen to it anyway."
