I feel for guys like Matthews. He is realizing how awful the invasion was, how much more awful it looks every day, and for him it is a tragedy. At least he has the courage to look himself in the mirror.
Bush/Cheney not only destroyed a sovereign nation but also destabilized the world. According to some estimates over one million Iraqis killed and close to 5000 U.S. soldiers killed. Spent $1 trillion on this war and put the US economy in tank. Too many war crimes. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and co-conspirators belong in a slammer.
