I know what you mean. Manitoba's Legislature used to have a traditional paper fight at the end of every session, but they stopped it after it was getting somewhat dangerous. I guess it really boils down to cutural differences about how Taiwanese and Canadians solve their problems.
But fighting in the House of Commons? Might be a good way to let off some steam. And it would certainly help give MPs some much needed exercise. But there's no way MPs would agree to that, it would make their poor standings among the public even worse.
