Speaking of rats, it was discovered recently that rats laugh. "We have discovered that human are not the only species that can laugh and that has a sense of humor," explained Sidney Ratcliff, General Delivery University scientists. A grant request has been filed with the FDA to determine what the rats are finding so funny. However, scientist is one species that has not developed a sense of humour yet.
