His first advice to his Cabinet and Caucus in 2006 ;)
Speak nothing: It is important to keep silent. Government secrecy is more important than Canada or its people. My office shall be issuing the appropriate muzzles. Moreover, there have been serious, possibly fatal, cases of foot in mouth disease. Use these muzzles on a regular basis, especially when you’re in public.
See Nothing: As demonstrated, you must see nothing. People have a habit of complaining and telling their sob stories, you must pay no attention. Appropriate blinders will be issued. Also use them in the Parliament when the opposition does its antics.
Hear Nothing: You as members of this august body called cabinet and caucus know best. People do not know what they want, only government knows what is best for them. You must stick to your ideology and agenda. Again, pay no attention to shouting and babbling by the opposition in Parliament. Best of the luck and happy governing.
