She must have thought it may take forever to charge on an hourly bases. Why not sell the body for life along with the house? If the guy is idiot enough to marry her, then she can kick him out and get ready for another deal. If not, then the first deal may be good enough as the price may go down for her and the house for wear and tear if doing an hourly deal.
