Harper position on climate change @ Copenhagen

Is he really taking a position or is his environment minister Jim Prentice? On torturegate Harper government is hiding behind the generals and soldiers and in Copenhagen he wants to ride on the shoulders of Barack Obama. Who is really in charge? The generals? Barack Obama? or the US? It is a very bizarre situation which the Harper government has created. Very embarrassing for Canada.

Stephen Harper set for Copenhagen Climate Change Conference

Yes he is all ready along with his friend Don Quixote. Now all he needs is to spell Copenhagen correctly. Maybe he will also take a dip and do a few laps in the Tar Sands ponds before he heads for Copenhagen.
