What happened to "the fundamentals of the economy are sound"? Privatization reaching new heights. Watch out he may sell us Canadians too - let the forces of the market take over.

Phallus Complex - Burj Al Arab, Dubai Vs. CN Tower, Toronto

Up to recently, the CN Tower was the tallest structure in the World. Now Dubai, United Arab Emirates has built a hotel (the Burj Al Arab) which is taller than CN according to media reports.

If you can afford to pay $5000 per night, then you can stay in this Burj Al Arab hotel. One wonders why some Canadian MPs and Senators made sure to stop over in Dubai when they were destined to visit Afghanistan ;)

UPDATE: It has come to my attention that the hotel in question is the Burj Dubai which is a newer structure than the Burj Al Arab. Nonetheless, the point still remains the same.
