Barack Obama finds himself in a rat race

Is it 2010 Mid-term Congressional election? Nope! It is literally a rat race in the Whitehouse. Maybe Dick Cheney morphed into a rat and was checking out as he always checked Dubya out before his public appearances. Old habits are hard to die.
